Wieners and Asparagus
2 pkg of wieners
1 bunch of fresh asparagus or bag of frozen
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
—Mix sugar and soy sauce well in small bowl set aside
—Rinse the fresh asparagus and microwave for 3 minutes
(frozen per instructions on bag)
cut into 2 inch pieces and set aside
—Cut the wieners into small angled slices and
pan sear them on a medium heat. Drain off fat
—Pour sugar/ soy sauce mixture into pan with wieners and
stir untill covered
—Add in asparagus and stir until evenly distributed
—Suggested sides: rice and corn (kernel or on the cob)
Serves 2 adults and multiple kids

SISKI'S EDIBLE DOUGH CHOCOLATE-Y CHIP COOKIES
Chocolate chips (a couple of handfuls)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C/375 F.
Grease baking sheets.
Cream the sugar and butter.
Add yogurt and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix other dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and salt)
Add chocolate chips last.
Drop onto baking sheet using a spoon, making sure to leave a couple of inches between dropped dough.
Bake 8-10 mins, remove to cool before moving from the tray.
Makes about 20 big cookies.
