It might be winter outside

 

But I got summer on inside

 

Went to visit the pink flamingos

 

Tropical Tribe

 

With their old lady hats

 

 Coral feathers puffing in the sun

 

Heat pushing through the glass bubble

 

Protection from the cutting snow -feeling

 

Oh silly pink birds on chopstick legs

 

Welcoming committee for spring

 

Makes me ache for home
